Hair sold on the hair trader . com .. vary healthy and shiny. I only blow dry (cool not on high heat) only in the winter time if I will be out side for more the an hour before it dries. I don't smoke or drink. My hair breaths some of the most purest air in the world (Alaska) also washed with the cleanest waters. I us Main and Tail to clean my hair.
