Very healthy and shiny! It is fine and there is a lot of it. I am of Irish decent and my hair has always had brilliant natural highlights. You can see in the photos how vibrant it is in the light. I wash it twice a week and never use heat on it. Only the best shampoo and conditioners. I do not drink and I eat a healthy diet including soy products and fresh juices.
