Star 94 radio in Atlanta had a listener contact them because she wanted to shave her head and earn some cash for college. Her name is Chili, she is 23 years old, and she has 20 inches of beautiful UNTREATED hair! That's right, it has never been permed or color treated!
Why is she doing this? No, not to support Britney Spears and her breakdown, but to help pay her way through nursing school. Her parents are missionaries and can't afford to help her out. She is working 3 jobs to support her education and she needs extra cash to cover expenses for next semester.
