I encourage you to stay away from LoL.Do some research on children who get wigs because of loss of hair from chemo treatments:they outgrow real hair wigs too quickly to warrant getting them.See the Long Hair Community on Livejournal for more info.

I thank everyone all that has posted a comment.
Just to let everyone know I have donated in the past and encourage others to do so, this time unfortunately I am in dire financial needs and really need the money.
Thank you for understanding.

Pretty bitter words there, Marcus. What keeps you from thinking that maybe she is SO giving and thoughtful of other people that now she needs the cash? Have you got a down payment for a car growing off your head? Try looking for the best in people.

To all those who rec the donation to locks of love, just one question. Have you? Give this person a break, as a cancer survivor I have no problems with what she is doing. Get a life!

Have you thought about donating your hair to www.locksoflove.org They make hair pieces for children with cancer. I did it several years ago, and the feeling of helping these kids was priceless.
